I was mainly dealing with Emma George, but all of their staff not just Emma made themselves available when I had questions or required an update. Emma knew that I had been looking for a property for a long time and I was just missing out on securing a new home. When she moved me to the top of the list on a property I had previously just missed out on which came back on the market I was very grateful. Parkers didn’t have to do that it was very gracious. I’d recommend Parkers if asked.

This was our 6th move and Parkers are probably the best agents that we have ever had. They priced our house correctly and actually sold it rather than allowing it be purchased. They did this by accompanying all prospective buyers with us getting out of the way whilst they were doing it. In summary - very proactive with pleasant staff who kept us well informed

Buyers point of view. Emma from Theale provided excellent communication throughout the whole process, keeping us informed of the position of our sellers and our buyers (even though we sold through a different agent). Emma was approachable in all aspects of the purchase and always replied to messages promptly. All matters were dealt with sensitivity and a splash of assertivness when needed, great at getting things going with the solicitors and our own agents, who post sale were pretty useless! If you want a relatively stress free purchase or sale pay the extra 0.5% and go with these guys.
