Jenna is the best! The level of care and commitment I have received from Jenna from the moment of instruction right through to completion is phenomenal. Jenna is passionate in her work and was an advocate for me and my property sale at all times. She not only looked after me through all the stresses of selling a home, but also supported my buyer to assure everyone was taken care of and the chain was secure. She was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance, communication was second to none. The value of such a personal service became really apparent when my house chain had an extremely stressful last couple of weeks when just at the moment of exchange my buyers solicitors closed down. I’ve no doubt that without the efforts of Jenna working tirelessly with my solicitor after hours to find a solution that the chain would have collapsed. There is so much I could say about Jenna at the Malmesbury / Tetbury branch, but in summary she is exceptional. Jenna went above and beyond for us the whole way through. The bits you’d expect - Jenna is friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The bits I didn’t - Jenna helped all the way through our process. Explaining things I simply didn’t understand or had no knowledge about. Our process was not the easiest with chains, restrictions and personal circumstances. She was patient and empathetic, always doing her best to help guide us through and to make the process as quick as it could be. I personally could not have got through our process without Jenna and her support. She was simply fantastic. Ewemove was a pleasure to deal with and the easiest part of our house selling experience.

Could not recommend enough! After having our house on the market for almost a year we changed to Ewemove and sold in a matter of weeks! 5* We 100% wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jenna Ewemove to anyone that is thinking of buying or selling. The details and photographs were amazing. The sale of our property was complicated and not straightforward with the solicitors.But Jenna was liaising between us and our buyers over the 3 1/2 months, even while on a weeks holiday in France. 👍🙏 We were a bit apprehensive about not using a High Street agent but really surprised how easy the process was. So all in all we have moved a few times in our lifetime and would 100% recommend Jenna and ewemove.
