Joe was a pleasure to work with throughout and was extremely helpful and patient with our many questions and requests for viewings. It was a relief to have such a delightful guy to talk us through the process, which is daunting and complex for first time buyers such as ourselves. Dealing with other members of the team while Joe was out of the office was also great; staff are all really helpful and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We've recently moved to Teddington (renting) and Jackson Stops have made the transition incredibly smooth. There was one small mix up with buying some furniture of the previous tenants that the previous agent didn't communicate. But after Francesca took over our dealings, everything has been clear, very responsive, professional and friendly. Would recommend if looking in the area.

I’ve used Jackson-Stops for renting a flat, Tom Ridgeway and the staff are very professional and helpful, i was very impressed by how quick they were in checking the references and taking a decision, all that plus signing the documents where done online,you could even check the progress of every reference application. In my opinion Jackson-stop are way ahead of other estate agents, with them I didn’t feel the stress that I’ve been through with other estate agents. I highly recommend them to anyone who would prefer a smooth stress free move.
