Amy was fantastic from start to finish of my house sale and subsequent completion. She was at the end of the phone for any queries I had (and I had a few!) always calmly dealing with them. The best thing about Amy is that she is the sole person dealing with everything - therefore you feel like you are getting a personal service and she knew what was happening at every stage. We went through the sale process in January after speaking to Amy and other agents locally. We just found Amy from the outset on our “page”. She didn’t over egg the expectations but said what we could achieve, which was fair market value. She was thorough from the beginning taking photos and drone shots of the property. And they was soon a flurry of interest. Buyer number one came along and then pulled out a week later as they were relocating from abroad. The next buyer was a property investor and 2 days later pulled out after looking at his current portfolio. We were ready to lose our heads but Amy remained calm, confident and poised lining up new viewings. Within 24 hours we had our buyer who has just secured the home! just completed on Friday after quite a journey. The chain was not complicated but a couple of the solicitors in the chain seemed to make it so. We all wanted to achieve 8th April as a deadline and despite Amy being onboard with that, our solicitors were pessimistic. Amy was fabulous. She battled through the transaction and set up a what’s app group where we could chat whenever we liked. She was always available to us! She got the deal through and was the consummate professional Other words I will mention are professional, great communicator, wonderful mediator, bullish, tenacious, strong willed, passionate, driven, successful, friendly and most importantly, never lied to us. We dealt with Amy Dodd for the sale of our property in Taunton and the experience was comfortably the best i've had with an estate agent. Ordinarily like most people would have normally veered towards the more established estate agents in town, but thought would try a new company, largely due the experience Amy herself had in the market and the area. Would highly recommend offers to follow this route, Amy made the whole process seemless, always keeping us up to date on the buyers progress while also letting us know what we needed to be doing and when to keep the sales process moving along well. I could not fault Amy!. Great service, good advice and felt well looked after from start to finish.
