Honestly if I could give 10 stars, I would, I cannot recommend Belvoir and especially Paul highly enough. My Aunts house had gone through probate, and I tried a few estate agents. The rest were straight to business and measuring up, giving me their costs etc. Paul walked in and asked about the house, its history, my Aunt, and we must have just chatted for about 20 minutes, allowing me to reminisce over the past 50 years. Paul took an interest, making him very personable. For the actual sale, his rates beat all of the others, and he did exactly what was needed when it was needed. There was no pressure, he just gave all parties a gentle nudge when it was needed, and stayed away when nothing was needed. He was available any time I needed. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling the house was a breeze, and I'm absolutely certain that Paul's influence is a huge part of why the process was so smooth.
