Paul at Belvoir has been excellent to work with selling my house. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out due to their chain been broken. But this didn't defeat Paul, he sold it again for a second time round and managed to get the full asking price that I so desperately needed in order to purchase my next property. Not only did he sell my house, but went above and beyond to assist with the surveyors and also the key collection on the day of completion. You won't find a better estate agents around.
