I am very pleased with Paul and the team at Belvoir. We have recently moved into a place that they manage. The application process went really well and everything has been documented and explained in great detail. I cannot recommend them enough. This comes from both a tradesman perspective and a tenant. People deal with people and belvoir know how to make you feel welcome. I would happily use them again in the future and I will be recommending them to my customers who want a truly personable approach to lettings.

I have recently started my tenancy with a Belvoir property (Tamworth). The team have been amazing from start to finish, any issues I have had were sorted within the same day and they always responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Thank you Hannah so far for making this journey smooth

Paul and his team have been exceptional at helping me rent out my property. The team managed this process from start to finish taking all the pressure of me. Even down to having my house painted top to bottom, made everything seemless. Can't recommend this company enough
