It has been more than half a year since my wife and I moved into the current property in Baughurst. People often say that moving house is stressful but the evident professionalism of Parkers Tadley has helped to keep our stress level low in every stage of the house purchase. We would like to thank, in particular, Marion, who not only answered our many questions but also shared with us her expert opinions on matters that we hadn't even thought of asking.

We found Parkers in Tadley to be very proactive and very professional, yet natural and friendly in their approach. We dealt mostly with Marion Goldsmith and Dan Baxter and both were excellent in communicating with us where necessary. We felt confident in leaving them to sort out issues that cropped up. Although we finally accepted an offer below full price, we were happy with the amount we sold for. We had a fixed price agreement in place with Parkers but at no time were pressured to drop the price; rather they fully supported us in rejecting low offers. We were aware we could have gone with one of the new 'no commission' agents, and I looked into it. We took a chance, being too busy to follow things through ourselves, and the service we received from Parkers in my opinion fully justified the cost. We would certainly consider going with Parkers again.
