Having taken a professional ‘back seat’ I was treated like any other client when both selling and buying through Parkers. Simon chased both my transactions efficiently and provided regular updates and ensured things went smoothly. Unfortunately, the estate agent above was useless and did nothing to progress their client’s sale, usually ignoring calls and emails requesting updates and not following through with promises of action. Simon took the role upon himself to update my seller on the progress of his purchase and without his enthusiasm and commitment to guiding the chain I doubt that we would have completed before the stamp duty holiday. His involvement certainly saved our chain £1000’s. Thank you Simon.

Selling a house when a family member passes away is never easy, but add in Covid 19 and lockdown it's sure to be a nightmare we thought. How wrong could we have been? Parkers were on the ball and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. When the house was viewed they let us know the feedback and in fact it wasn't very long before it sold and for the asking price too. Marion looked after us initially with the valuation and the whole team who saw the move through were fantastic. We've had experience with the other Tadley estate agents wether it be attempting to sell or viewing properties and I have to say Parker's stood out of the crowd. They were so helpful, polite, professional, communicative and accomodating to all our needs. The virtual tour feature made our property stand out and helped us get more serious buyers that had a chance to have a virtual look around before they came.
