At the outset of the sale of our property, Dan Baxter showed a strong grasp of the wider planning issues and was able to advise us from his familiarity with local developers and relevant ‘case studies’ in the area. We felt this was beyond the normal brief of estate agents, and was one of the reasons that Parkers were engaged. What stood out was the effective marketing on the property which led to a significant number of viewings and more offers than had been expected at the outset, given the small size of the house in relation to the plot. We found the other staff in the Tadley office, particularly Marion, effective, experienced and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.
