We picked them because of their market knowledge and honest appraisal of our house - we had confidence they would be able to sell it with minimum fuss. The sale materials were well presented and we secured multiple offers on our house within a short period on the market. Craig was brilliant to deal with throughout - he was very responsive and smoothed over any issues that arose during the sale.
