We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience. We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too. The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing. It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer. Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!” 5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move. Thank you James :D

I am so happy we chose EweMove, after a fair amount of research, as they proved to be excellent in every respect. We dealt with Craig throughout, who explained and confirmed their ethos and approach, and agreed a sensible strategy for the sale of my deceased parents long term home. We signed up, agreed expectations, timelines and approach for the solid but rather cosmetically dated property. Craig quickly arranged for professional photography, a fair and honest description of the house and grounds, and posted these with the major online players. He quickly met with prospective buyers, giving good insights into the advantages of the property and objectively assessed each buyers interest and capacities. Throughout this time, his 2 way communication was excellent, enabling us to reach a shortlist of likely purchasers and identifying a full price offer that was best placed to complete. I cannot recommend highly enough, as Craig more than met my hopes and expectations of a truly professional service. If all estate agents were like this then their generally bad reputation would end overnight…….and comedians would lose a whole avenue of material! Can't recommend these guys enough. We have dealt with countless estate agents over the long year of searching for the right house, some better than others. However James at EweMove stood out by miles as being genuine, friendly, not pushy at all and he helpfully kept us up to date with the whole process no matter what time of day.
