Can highly recommend this estate agency, having dealt with plenty of average estate agents in the past, selling via Ewemove has been a refreshing change. From the outset, Craig and the Ewemove team were fast, efficient and most importantly, honest, in organising the valuation, marketing materials and viewings. The house was sold the day after the first viewings, and Craig regularly updated us on the chain progress, and any temporary issues, really good communication. Don't even bother looking for any other agent, these guys are the very best from beginning to end. Very professional, tell you as it is, which I think is important. What's the point in having someone tell you want to hear rather than the reality of the market place. They really are very knowledgable on all aspects of the market, and the price they got for our property, exceeded the asking price and our expectation!

In August 2021 a house came on the market that we fell in love with so I got in touch with Craig at Ewemove to see how quickly he could sell ours. Within 2 days, the house was valued, photos taken and was live on Rightmove. Craig arranged 4 viewings for the weekend and within 72 hours of our house being on the market we had 2 offers. Unfortunately the house we fell in love with fell through (with another estate agent) but we knew it was the right time to move so our search began! Craig was really helpful in helping us find our dream home and in November 2021 we had an offer accepted on a property. Due to a complex chain we weren't able to move until May. Craig is very experienced and professional but also personable and friendly making you feel at ease and like he's been your friend for years! Estate Agency the way it should be. From the start, James told it as he saw it and with his wealth of experience, we were grateful to benefit from his advice. Because the seller isn't tied in for three months with Ewemove, their whole approach is to get the property sold in short order advertising at a price that attracts attention instead of over pricing to gain the business, then recommending reductions to get the sale through. This created a lot of interest in our property resulting in a number of offers 10k over the "recommended" price and a completed sale at 40k over the "recommended" price. We were grateful to be dealing with an honest agent who was with us from start to finish and was always available and who kept us updated.
