Probably the best experience I ever had with estate agents.

The first time I dealt with Oliver, he guided me very clearly about what offer the landlord would accept in order for me to get the apartment I wanted. He went out of his way to help as most of this was done online and he provided videos of the flat and made sure it was super clean on arrival. He experience and advise is invaluable since he has been in the business over 20 years! Since I had such a good experience renting a place from him I decided to ask him to market a property that I was have trouble finding a tenant for. His eagerness, enthusiasm and contacts worked in no time and we got an excellent tenant with no void period. I have just completed on a purchase and had a very positive experience with Nouri at Vita Properties. There were many complications which arose during the process but he was always on hand to find a solution and improve communication between the parties. Besides taking a lot of the stress out of the process, Nouri is a nice guy to deal with too!
