Thank you for all your help in fixing an appointment for me at a suitable time, and showing me the flat in Highworth. There was plenty of time to view without rushing and to think about all aspects. Would recommend you as an Agent.

Excellent advice by Avril on how to market our property followed by a swift referral to the right office, in Wroughton Only reason we didn’t go with RJ is because the fees were too high!

I have known jack for many years and he is a top class estate agent who always goes above and beyond for his clients - he helped me with the purchase of my first home and gave me invaluable advice when it came to sorting out my mortgage which is a confusing time for any first time buyer. Avril was so helpful and friendly with the sale of my mum and dad’s house. Avril was sensitive and showed so much empathy throughout having lost both my mum and dad in the last two years, it has been a very difficult time, Avril was amazing!!

When you're buying / selling a house, it's probably the biggest purchase or sale you'll make. You need it to be done efficiently, you need good communication, fast responses to both calls and emails and an excellent balance achieving the best for both the seller and the buyer, as well as minimizing stress. Dealt with jack rogers branch manager at Richard James highworth, he helped us secure our next family home, we felt nothing wAs to much work for him, got back to our questions we had in a timely manner, and helped us through the process of having a offer accepted.
