Very helpful team and top services from Richard James Estate Agents in Swindon , I have worked with them recently to find a property and the process was really easy and it went great. I would like to mention and thanks(Chloe Disbury) as she was the property manager that I worked with , she’s amazing person and always available for help .

I cannot recommend Richard James Estate agents highly enough for letting a property. They have worked in finding tenants on two occasions now and their service is outstanding. The staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable, professional and will go above and beyond to help and assist with any problems or queries. Their communication is excellent and I always felt like a valued customer. Price wise their fee may have been a tiny bit higher and I mean marginal but you will not regret making the decision to let them work for you. I will not go anywhere else in the future (unfortunately learned my lesson the hard way using two other agents prior with very negative outcomes)!!!! They certainly are at the top of their game. Our experience with Adrian Sobczyk our Property Manager is full of happiness. he makes our life easy. He is a caring and professional + skilled guy, at some time we thought we are asking too much but we were joyful by the way he convinced the landlord asking the replacement of most of our Kitchen's furniture( fridge, hob etc ) , we finally got brand news items within our first month. He is someone we would recommend to anyone planning a move.
