I recently needed the help of a lettings agent to find a tenant for a rental property in Swindon, and having dealt with Richard James before, they were my preferred choice. I was not disappointed, as the support from the team was excellent, from initial discussions with Caroline and meeting with Sadie, to viewings and selecting the tenant with Connor who dealt with everything in a very friendly, thorough and professional manner. I will definitely contact RJ again when needed and would certainly recommend them.

We have a buy to let flat in the Heritage Centre in Swindon and have used Richard James as our letting agents for the last 8 years. They are professional and efficient and we feel very comfortable leaving the management in their hands. The flat needed some attention during a void period recently and everything was sorted out in a timely manner. Jessica West is our Property Manager and her friendly team did a great job, especially Sue Lucente who met us at the flat and went over everything and got all the odd jobs fixed.

I am most impressed with the professionalism of Richard James estate agents. In my experience they are the best estate agency in Swindon! They have been very supportive and transparent throughout the property rental process. A special mention goes to Jake Bunce, who helped us to find our ideal property and to Becky Gee, our property manager who has been very supportive and ensured everything ran smoothly.

We had an amazing and hassle free experience with them. They have some of the best properties listed and their representatives/agents are extremely polite, helpful and they really invest into the needs of their clients. Special shout out to Sadie Collick. She made the whole house hunting process extremely smooth and was really instrumental in us getting the house we loved. Thank you!!
