I cannot recommend Richard James Estate agents highly enough for letting a property. They have worked in finding tenants on two occasions now and their service is outstanding. The staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable, professional and will go above and beyond to help and assist with any problems or queries. Their communication is excellent and I always felt like a valued customer. Price wise their fee may have been a tiny bit higher and I mean marginal but you will not regret making the decision to let them work for you. I will not go anywhere else in the future (unfortunately learned my lesson the hard way using two other agents prior with very negative outcomes)!!!! They certainly are at the top of their game.
