Once confirmed the deal, he is proactive to help communicate with seller, solicitor, mortgage adviser. Richard at miles Byron is a one in a million estate agent. The housing market is so turbulent at the moment but he has held our hand through the whole process. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out of our house sale. Richard was again brilliant - he is more of a friend now than an estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone. A highly passionate and driven individual that I’m sure will sell your home for the right price and take a lot of stress away. We need more agents doing what Richard dose.. but he sets the bar very high!!

Great experience
