We invited three different agents to value our home. Richard Whatton gave a realistic, achievable value and his advice throughout was first rate. He clearly is an experienced expert in his field. Richard did an excellent video and set of photographs together with a write up that immediately attracted potential buyers. We sold quickly but unfortunately our chain broke lower down just before Christmas.
