Miles Byron has been, by far, the most easy to work with estate agent I have ever encountered. Richard is extremely friendly, approachable, informative and honest which is most refreshing and makes the process of selling your house as stress-free as possible (which is hard)! No matter what time of the day or night I had a question, Richard would always respond promptly and go the extra mile to follow up if necessary. He also made viewings line up on days that suited me, instead of his busy schedule, and communicated them to me almost instantaneously. He took into consideration every request I had and never forgot to inform me along the way. Even towards the later stages of completion, when required to be the 'go between' I received the same service; quick responses and open communication. I could not have asked for any more! Richard sold my house for me, exchanged contracts yesterday! His valuation was spot on, and within 3 days he had arranged 4 or 5 viewing and we accepted an offer (over asking price) from one of them. The legal process throughout can be painful, Richard has guided us through, giving the buyer a nudge when needed to keep things moving. He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc. I’d recommend Miles Byron in an instant.
