I was recommended to use Richard via a financial advisor who told me Richard was an honest and trustworthy person to use as that was what I was looking for. After meeting Richard, I felt confident this was the right person to use to sell my house. He was professional and honest and delivered exactly what I was after. I don’t like pushy salesman so Richard was the perfect person for this roll as he was 100% genuine and did not hassle me at any point which I liked so I knew this was the right company to use to sell the house. From start to finish it’s been an absolute great experience. I felt the house was dealt with in a really nice manner. He dealt with the advert for the sale and dealing with meeting people to view the house and the communication between all parties was great. We purchased our new home through Miles Byron. Richard was amazing from the start. He gave us lots of helpful advice throughout the buying process. Richard kept us up-to date at all times, and was very supportive when issues arose and made the whole process a more smoother experience, when relocating from London to Swindon. He answered all our questions when needed and made it feel like we were the only people he was dealing with, giving it the personal touch. Excellent knowledge and experience

Richard was a pleasure to deal with from first phone call through to the final completion. Setting a realistic price and taking amazing photos that were so much better than other agents we have used previously, really accentuating the space and scale of the property. He set up 10 viewings on launch date which generated multiple offers. Also the mortgage adviser he recommended was an absolute star. All in all Richard offers so much knowledge and experience and is very easy to deal with. A very friendly person, we would highly recommend Miles Byron to anyone.
