Great from start to finish

Richard was great from start to finish you could really feel he puts his all into your property. We constantly had a direct line, queries were answered very quickly professionally. He defended my property and it's value when it was questioned, most estate agents are so keen to sell that they would have come back to the seller and asked if we would consider reducing but he stood by his valuation and our desire to achieve a certain price and it sold 7 days after doing on the market. He really does go above and beyond, sending me houses that he thinks I would like that are with other estate agents when he doesn't have to (one of which I bought ). Being self-employed, he obviously has to have a certain amount of self-interest however it did not come across like that. He was always available to help and give advice about the whole moving process, not only relating to my sale but also both mine and my ex partners new purchases. Truly the best estate agent in Swindon! Thank you Richard! X
