Richard has been amazingly supportive throughout what should have been a quick and easy sale of my late father’s property with a short chain. He was always easy to contact and replied to messages promptly. Furthermore he was constantly contacting my buyer and the solicitors to progress the sale which eventually completed 3 months later than the original date. As a first time seller, I was anxious about the process but Richard guided me through the whole process and was always on hand for any questions; worked hard behind the scenes to make the sale as quick and efficient as possible.
