Buying a house is not an easy task, we have been facing a lot of challenges and having someone like Susan on our side, has been a true blessing. Susan doesn't treat her customers like strangers, who come and go. Susan makes you feel special from the very first email she sends to you. You are not anonymous- as in just an unknown person from the "customers crowd", in contrary, you feel you have your identity when you speak with her. Susan answered each and every question with patience, diligence and care. I admire her honesty, her being a human first and a Sales Director later. Susan also surprised me in remembering how I commented the property and why did I liked it. And I know it because we had an opportunity to meet twice. Unlike many other agents, who many times don't know their vendors, neither the properties they show during viewings, Susan knew it all. She even knew what birds appear in the property garden, what builder built it, when there is sunlight in the house, she even advised how to extend the property if we wish to.
