Jade is so professional in what she does, she was always friendly and knowledgeable, kept me up to date during the process of selling our house, and was always there to answer any questions I had. When we engaged EweMove, Jade wasn't really in the picture for us initially as we had another estate agent in mind at the time and it was just by chance that we engaged them to come along and talk to us. Jade blew the competition out of the water, quite literally, and where she was different to other agents was she wasn't there to sell to us, she opened with why she thought our property was underperforming, she presented evidence and how she could turn it around based on current and future market factors. We'd not experienced this before and it was refreshing to hear. She then went on to explain how EweMove works and why she thought it would be right for us....fast forwards a couple of months an we are sold. We actually received an offer during a viewing and that couple went on to buy the house. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jade and EweMove as a whole (Special mention to Jo, who was just as wonderful in this process). Don't go for traditional agents in your area just because they are established, they are old and dusty. Give EweMove a try, you won't be disappointed :)

The first time that we met Jo , she came over as genuine, professional, and passionate about her job. She impressed us with attitude and treated us with respect. She was a very confident person. We had trust in her that she could would do her best to sell our home, and we signed up straight away.

I chose this estate agent because I liked the friendly personal touch in their leaflet and their no pressure approach when I made the initial enquiry. I liked the brochure I was given on their original visit that really showed they had done their homework on my own home plus other houses in my area. It also provided me with all the information I felt I needed in order to help me make the decision (whenever I was ready), as to whether to rent or sell. I felt very at ease with Jo on that first visit from Ewemove that I didn't even bother to get a second or third opinion from anyone else, as she had given me all the information I needed and was quite happy to leave me to contact them if or when I was ready, to take that next step. A couple of months later I called to say I would like to proceed and that's when Jenna came out to see me. She told me their fees, which I recognised to be very competitive as it included a lot of things other firms only offer as extras. We discussed the selling price and the best date to launch the house sale and made plans to get things started. From that point on we were kept well informed from start to finish.
