We had a really positive experience with Jo, we contacted her Saturday and by Monday at 10am she was round having done research and brought round paperwork for similar houses to explain the price point, Jo was and is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the valuation process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and without any pressure. Although we ultimately decided not to sell our house due to personal reasons, she genuinely stood out compared to other agents we spoke to. I have just got the keys to my new home and from the very first viewing when Dan Watkins showed me around it was such a great, smooth experience. Dan was always helpful - even messaging me back on his days off. No question or query was a problem and answered promptly . I couldn't have had a friendlier and more knowledgeable person look after my purchase. It was super quick to keys in less than 3 months.
