The service provided by Smiths Lettings has been professional throughout our moving process. When originally viewing our, now, new home, they were very accommodating towards my partner who had a different working schedule and we were able to view after they had officially closed for the day. Although a small business, it is evident they do their very best to reply to any correspondence swiftly.

Very Pleasant and Informative...... Today we could complete our first house purchase through Smiths Estate agency and the team (Dav Smiths & Janine) at Swansea. Staff is very welcoming, during house viewing Dav provided with most of the the details as much as possible beyond our expectations very patiently rather completing viewing appointment in 10 minutes like we experienced with others and answered all the queries (new buyers usually have) which is given a confidence to proceed further with the property purchase.
