Been a tenant with Dawson's for 4 years now since I was a student, and would recommend them over any other estate agents in Swansea. They're fair with their prices at a time when cost of living is difficult for everyone - the staff at Dawson's are supportive in trying to find the right property for you - and very helpful navigating contracts and referencing. The maintenance team have always promptly solved any issues and the whole team in the office are professional, polite and easy to talk to - Kelly in the Walter Road branch has gone above and beyond to help sort things out for me!

I was looking for somewhere to rent in Sketty, Swansea and gave my details to several Estate Agents, because there was not much on offer. Surprisingly quickly the first contact was from Dawsons. I had visited the Mumbles Office and spoke to Tara ,as I was told that’s was where the lettings were managed. Kelly at the Walters branch contacted me and I had an opportunity to view a flat with Gethin. Every member of Dawsons staff I had contact with, from Mumbles, the first viewing, to the office based team, were kind and helpful through managing the contracts, finances and the moving in. After I moved in the maintenance team were also extremely helpful. At a difficult time for me Dawsons staff made the whole process much easier than I could have hoped for. Thank you.

My partner and I are currently in the process of signing for rental on a lovely flat we were shown last week by Tasmyn! Tasmyn was extremely welcoming at our viewing, with good knowledge of the property and has been so helpful and accommodating in every interaction since! We haven't always had the best service from different letting agents that we've viewed properties with, but Tasmyn has been absolutely wonderful! :)

Honestly, I think Dawsons's service is very good. Whenever I have an issue with my rented property, they will help me to resolve it ASAP. However (this is a message for Dawsons), I would suggest you to create a Business WhatsApp group, so that the tenants are able to contact you easily because it took a few days for me to receive your replies via email. Thank you!

Dawsons found me a house after I had been looking for a long time, I felt like they were really trying to help me. I put in an offer without even seeing the house because I was desperate! And was very happy with the house and the service all the way through.
