FANTASTIC (Julie, auction)
Juile (Auctions) was great, really helpful and knowledgeable. We could have done with more flexible viewing times but apart from that Juile made it a very smooth and easy experience. Would highly recommend.

Sale of Property
Having dealt with a very challenging buyer and terrible buyer's solicitor, Lorraine at Dawson's was tremendous at being the intermediary between all parties in trying to keeping things moving. Without her, we'd be still trying to get the sale completed!!

Very Professional
Julie was more than just helpful I was able to get hold of her very quickly and sort out any problems especially with regard to information for solicitors. She helped me exchange within 8 working days. to secure the property I was buying. I had access to her through her office or mobile and my emails were always replied to promptly. Without her help I would never have been able to secure the property as quickly. She helped take a lot of stress out of the buying process. I would recommend her to any future clients.

Five star service from Julie
We would like to thank Julie and Lynda for the excellent service we received when selling our mother's home recently. Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful but when numerous problems arose and we clearly had huge issues to sort out, it was Julie who guided and advised us through the auction process. Julie went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our house and provided us with reassurance and support making dozens of phone calls and emails on our behalf! We can't thank her enough for what she did for us during a very stressful sale and would highly recommend Julie and the auction team in the future!

Julie (Auction) Lawry ++++++!
Julie & Linda were so helpful & professional in handling the auction of my Mothers home. Julie talked me through all the process, explained everything and totally understood what I was having to undertake! As Mum's house had to be sold to pay for her full care in a Home. (Something I hope, you readers do not have to do), but it happens! As I have never been to an auction before, I was so pleased to see Julie who reassured me with a smiling welcome. couldn't have asked for better!!
julie was so helpful in selling my mum's house after she passed away it was a very difficult and stressful time for me and julie was a big help once the fees were paid julie did the rest couldn't have done more the house sold before it was meant to go to auction and for more than the guide price so I was really pleased thank you julie would highly recommend dawsons to anyone! !

Excellent service
Didn't have much of a understanding on where to go about selling my property but I tried the auction route and see where I would go , after speaking to Dawson's auction department within 2 days I had a appointment for a valuation on my property. My telephone conversation was really pleasant bubbly and warm . During the visit at my home I was greeted by Julie Lawry which was amazing any questions I had she was always happy to answer regardless how long it took me to understand everything . Stretched that extra mile for me which I was very grateful for and stuck by me all the way through the sale . Amazing team recommend to anyone

Found a buyer!
As an Executor of my late Aunt's Estate, I had been trying to sell her property for almost 2 years! This was mainly due to the fact that it was a Leasehold property with a very obstructive landlord who did not want to sell the Freehold. After trying 2 Estate Agents including an on line agency, I contacted James Dawson who was recommended as an expert at negotiating with difficult landlords, and he quickly moved things along to enable the purchase of the Freehold to go ahead. The property then went back on the market with Dawsons at their Mumbles office, who immediately sent a number of viewings which resulted in a sale almost straight away! I was delighted with the service offered by Dawsons and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank You!
