Property Sold Pre-Auction for an Excellent Price!
Sold Property Pre-Auction through Dawsons Auction Team and we can't thank Julie and Robin enough, they have been a couple of absolute diamonds throughout this, at times, extremely challenging process, but they've shown true professionalism at all times. Both of whom have been patient and understanding way above and beyond any reasonable call of duty!!! We were kept informed every step of the way with regular updates by email and phone. Rght from the beginning each step of the process was explained clearly and precisely in a warm friendly and professional manner. Once again a Massive thank You to Julie and Robin. Auctions with Dawsons
This was the first auction I attended. I was very nervous about the whole proceedings from the start, but was put at ease by the Dawsons staff. I mainly dealt with Julie Lawry who was always positive and always had a friendly manner. I'd reccomend them to anyone who is thinking of buying at auction. Thanks to all the staff at Dawsons for making this possible.

FANTASTIC (Julie, auction)
Juile (Auctions) was great, really helpful and knowledgeable. We could have done with more flexible viewing times but apart from that Juile made it a very smooth and easy experience. Would highly recommend.

Sale of Property
Having dealt with a very challenging buyer and terrible buyer's solicitor, Lorraine at Dawson's was tremendous at being the intermediary between all parties in trying to keeping things moving. Without her, we'd be still trying to get the sale completed!!

Very Professional
Julie was more than just helpful I was able to get hold of her very quickly and sort out any problems especially with regard to information for solicitors. She helped me exchange within 8 working days. to secure the property I was buying. I had access to her through her office or mobile and my emails were always replied to promptly. Without her help I would never have been able to secure the property as quickly. She helped take a lot of stress out of the buying process. I would recommend her to any future clients.

Five star service from Julie
We would like to thank Julie and Lynda for the excellent service we received when selling our mother's home recently. Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful but when numerous problems arose and we clearly had huge issues to sort out, it was Julie who guided and advised us through the auction process. Julie went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our house and provided us with reassurance and support making dozens of phone calls and emails on our behalf! We can't thank her enough for what she did for us during a very stressful sale and would highly recommend Julie and the auction team in the future!

Julie (Auction) Lawry ++++++!
Julie & Linda were so helpful & professional in handling the auction of my Mothers home. Julie talked me through all the process, explained everything and totally understood what I was having to undertake! As Mum's house had to be sold to pay for her full care in a Home. (Something I hope, you readers do not have to do), but it happens! As I have never been to an auction before, I was so pleased to see Julie who reassured me with a smiling welcome. couldn't have asked for better!!
julie was so helpful in selling my mum's house after she passed away it was a very difficult and stressful time for me and julie was a big help once the fees were paid julie did the rest couldn't have done more the house sold before it was meant to go to auction and for more than the guide price so I was really pleased thank you julie would highly recommend dawsons to anyone! !
