Friendly and Personal Service
Very pleased with the service from this branch of Dawsons - from the initial valuation through to completion, I always felt the staff were extremely friendly and professional, and no request was too big or too small for what is a stressful part of your life. Dawsons Property Auction
I am a first time buyer and after considerable searching I came across a property advertised through Dawsons auctions. Being first time buyers we were very apprehensive of going down the auction route to purchase our first property. After much research on the property and the auction process itself (don’t just watch homes under the hammer!) My wife and I decided it had enough potential to make a great family home so decided to go with the plunge and thankfully were successful in the auction. I would highly recommend using Dawsons auction to buy your next property if you believe that is suitable for you; they are quite simply the friendliest auction staff, especially Julie Lawry and Robyn Lewis who were both a pleasure to deal with in all my conversations and dealings with them. Keep up the excellent work!

Excellent service and fast sale
Julie was very helpful and always replied to any questions asap. I wanted a fast sale, and my property sold before the auction so I was very pleased with the the whole experience. .

Auction team
I've booked a number of viewing with the auction department to all different types of property. Robyn is always professional, on time and ready to answer any questions I have on the property and surrounding area, This lady knows her stuff!!! The auction team are a pleasure to deal with.

julie lawry is fantastic
We recently purchased a property through auction with dawsons. The lady we dealt with julie lawry was absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough to help up through the process. Overall I highly recommend they're services and if in had the option would deal with julie again.

Fantastic!
Having recently sold a property with Dawsons, I'm very impressed by their customer service skills, We dealt with a lovely woman called Alison, who was always there to help and dealt with several issues that arose from solicitors. I would defiantly recommend them to family/friends and would, without a doubt, use them again. Thank you so much for your help during the sale :)

both sales and auction team truly excellent
I cannot rate both the sales and auction team within Dawsons Swansea branch as they are true professionals. Throughout my process of selling a property and then going down the auction route my experience of both was made truly easier by their professionalism and friendliness and I would strongly recommend using their services to anyone buying/ selling or auctioning a property.
