both sales and auction team truly excellent
I cannot rate both the sales and auction team within Dawsons Swansea branch as they are true professionals. Throughout my process of selling a property and then going down the auction route my experience of both was made truly easier by their professionalism and friendliness and I would strongly recommend using their services to anyone buying/ selling or auctioning a property. Fantastic Sales team
I can't rate the sales team highly enough.. Alison Williams was the consummate professional and made me feel that I was always her number 1 priority, a special talent when the whole team are so busy! Whenever I called the office the notes on file from all the staff were comprehensive meaning there was great continuity of service throughout the entire sale process.. I definitely recommend using Dawsons if you're planning on selling or buying a property.

Safe in their hands
We were 3 days from the auction and Robyn arranged a proxy bid whilst we were away on holiday. When events led to the sale and exchange within 48 hrs Julie owned the issues with diligence and caringly resolved them. We felt safe in their hands!

Purchase via auction
My wife and I recently purchased a property through Dawsons Auction Sales and dealt with their Marina and Walters Road offices through Julie and Robyn. The service they provided was both flexible and sympathetic which made a quite stressful situation much easier to get through. We were very pleased with the service provided and would be happy to deal with Dawsons in the future.

Julie and Robyn gave outstanding support for a difficult sale
Our holiday bungalow on the Gower was sold by auction, Julie, Robyn and the team gave us 100% support when our sale failed at the first attempt, finally selling at the 3rd try. We cannot thank them enough, nothing was ever too much trouble, they were friendly, efficient and always available when we needed them. We cannot recommend them too highly and in fact have already done so to other holiday home owners.

A first Class Professional Service

Exellent Prompt, Efficient, Professional Service
I would like to recommend Dawsons to anyone wishing to sell or buy property. The ladies I dealt with were brilliant they are Julie and Robyn.
