We have finally completed our purchase of a fabulous property in the Maritime Quarter. The whole process was overly long and drawn out, super stressful due to the vendor's incompetent solicitors. Thank goodness for the team at Dawsons who did their best to support us and get this deal done in very trying circumstances!! Thanks ladies (Kelly, Lisa and Aysha) for the constant chasing and updating - it was worth it in the end and we really appreciate all your hard work.

We recently used Dawsons Marina Branch to sell a property in the area. From start to completion, the team provided excellent professional support from initial advice in relation to marketing, communication and updates during the period that the property was for sale and timely and efficient service during the sale. The team has extensive knowledge of the area and the related property market and our property was actively promoted to both known clients interested in purchasing a property in the area and on the wider sales market. Our property sold very quickly and with a purchase price which exceeded our expectations. Renting from Dawsons property is the one of the best decisions we made since moving to Swansea, they gave us this lovely apartment and the agent and landlords are very kind and are able to help us with almost every need of the house and we appreciate all the services they’ve given to us.
