Dawsons - Marina Sales Lettings & New Homes

Couldn’t reccomend C Res enough. After weeks of bad news with sales falling through with another agent, I came to C Res in hope they could turn things around so I wouldn’t lose my dream house. From the moment I stepped in, nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff truly went over and above offering such an exceptional service! Thank you so much for all your hard work- you made things seem effortless and no hassle at all! You are amazing!

First time selling a house so was a little naive to the process, C Res kept us informed every step of the way. We had a big issue with the buyers solicitors dragging there feet and C Res supported us as the bridge between ourselves and the buyers on getting the house sold. Special thanks to Ang at C Res for the help with the electrical cert also. Above and beyond and excellent service. A++++++++++++

Brought our lovely Cottage off C Residential and I couldn't of asked for a better Estate Agents to deal with. Professional at all times and one that goes above and beyond for their clients. Even sorting out problems for clients that aren't even with them, to enable the chain to move as smoothly as possible. I would definately recommend this estate agents to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. It is definately, value to money. Thank you to all the team for all your efforts, you are all truly amazing.

Just doing some research on the Rugeley area for a purchase for my mum. I am new to the area. I spoke to 3 other estate agents and quite frankly, C residential were easily the most helpful. They spent time understanding our brief and showed us some properties that day. What a great customer centric response for both buyer and seller. Sue Waterson was so knowledgeable and helpful and quite frankly a great agent who I already trust will bring forward any appropriate properties for us! Thank you.

Using C Residential has made the purchase of my first home an enjoyable experience. I was impressed from start to finish. They explained the process fully to me and recommended a competent solicitor. During the acquisition they were thorough and on the ball helping to make it an easy and speedy transaction. Highly recommend.

As first time buyers, we were nervous when beginning our search for a new home. The team at C Res have been fantastic throughout the whole process. We subscribed to their mailing list to receive updates when property’s became available and when we spotted one that was right for us, they booked us for a viewing in no time. The viewing process was enjoyable, with well-appreciated advice and input with regards to the property. When we decided to put in an offer, the team were genuinely thrilled for us and were so warm and welcoming each time we visited the office or the property. The whole process has been simple and stress free thanks to the fantastic team at C Res - we really cannot recommend them highly enough!

Can we give more than 5 stars… The overall service from start to completion has been absolutely outstanding. My beautiful rental property was at the end of my investment period & it was time for me to move it on. Together with a young baby we looked no further than C Residential to assist with the property sale. On the day in which tenants moved out, my letting agents were kind enough to drop the keys into the office for me to get the ball rolling straight away. The property was listed that evening for a very reasonable price and soon begun the viewings all accompanied due to the distance in which we live from the property. Each viewing had feedback provided & shortly after the offers began. I’ve never been at the sale end of property before so this was a new world to me which I was walked through each step of the way to ensure I was confident with responses to solicitors and I understood the timeframes to which the chain was working to. An outstanding service from the outstanding agents. No wonder they won overall estate agent of the Year for 2022

Our experience as first time buyers with C residential was nothing but positive. Angie, Sue and the rest of the team do everything they can to make your purchase run as smoothly as possible always being approachable, friendly, professional and prompt. We were looking for the right property for months and despite our high expectations and small budget they were always patient and understanding to our needs. When we eventually found the house they recommend a fantastic mortgage advisor who again, was a amazing from start to finish. Buying your first home can be at times a stressful process but the Rugeley team and their associates all go the extra mile to reduce the stress as much as possible. We are now settled into our new home and want to thank them all for finding it for us, their patience and their knowledge throughout. You've all been fantastic ladies and we wish you all the luck in the future. All the best Mr and Mrs Stratford

Very professional, Aysha from the marina branch was a pleasure to deal with

Aysha was so energetic and enthusiastic speaking about the property and showing us around. It was a very positive experience!
