C Residential weren’t the first estate agents we had round to value our house, so I feel like I’m being fair and balanced when I say their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency is second to none. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, and we couldn’t be more grateful for them making what is up there as one of the most stressful times in life, feel supported and stress free. There were many hiccups in us finding our dream home, and when everything fell through for us, Angi stepped in and helped us pick up all the pieces. James and Angela took us round multiple homes to re-motivate our search. Once we were back on track and everything began to progress Vicky was just a call or email away and was readily available with extremely helpful advice, always willing to find out the answer to all of our questions. We’ve already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

They went above and beyond their responsibility and acted in the interests of our entire chain. Able to influence and cajole a number of solicitors when timescale priorities appeared to differ. Selling a departed relative's house is always difficult. Angi patiently took us through the steps needed, giving us a fair price target and a realistic time to sell. At all times, she and the team made us feel that we were the only customers that she had, providing excellent support and timely answers to the inevitable worries and queries that we had. In fact, as she promised, the house sold for the full asking price in just a few days. Probate issues held up completion but she and the team kept us and the buyers up to date throughout the lengthy delay in settling that issue. I feel that we got a no-nonsense, honest appraisal for our property and that no effort was spared in getting it sold. I would have no hesitation in using C Residential again, or in recommending it to others.

C residential are AMAZING! They were the first estate agent that we discussed selling our property with and after talking with several others it was clear that C residential were the best choice. The whole process from viewings to completion was handled incredibly professionally and all the team are so friendly and polite. We chose our own solicitors who were frankly terrible but C residential went over and above to get all of the leg work done for our completion and to get us into our dream home before Christmas. We can't thank the team enough for the first class service we received and the tremendous effort they put in. If we are ever to move again in the future we will not even consider using anyone else other than C residential.

I had never sold a house before and it's supposed to be quite stressful but Angi put me at ease straight away with her professional but friendly manner. We honestly received the best service anyone could wish for, from start to finish. The level of compassion we received in what was a really difficult time for us (there were many tears from myself) was amazing .
