Very friendly, professional and helpful estate agents, always been there to give advice and phone numbers of other businesses regarding any issues of the rented property that isn’t under their tenancy agreements, very quick to resolve any issues that are. Would definitely recommend them

Very friendly. We do have some issues that need fixing in the home. We have asked for their assistance on many occasions but the issues persist. Belvoir Swale are aware of these and have promised to fix the problems. However I almost 18 months on we are no further along. I am hoping that these issues will eventually be rectified as Karen is lovely and Cynthia & Alicia are hard working nice girls.

I've recently moved into a house through Belvoir swale. On viewing this house I feel in love with it instantly but I also enquired to measure up. I asked if there was pipe work so I could use a dishwasher and apparently there was I also told another space would fit a standard size fridge but it doesn't. I've also had one of the radiators not heat up at all and I have phoned most days for 2 weeks regarding this and nothing has happened. Before moving in I was told if there is problems they get an engineer to fix straight away, but so far nothing. This has been the only problem I have had otherwise everything else has been perfect.

Helpful when I couldn't get rid of my sofa last minute.

I had very specific requirements and a tight deadline due to house sale and needs of my son. I can honestly say nothing was to much trouble and it was a pleasure to have Julie and the team on hand to ensure she found the right property and dedicated to make sure everything was kept to schedule. A friend of mine went to this estate agents , and the lady lead him and he’s partner on one of the property’s they was interested was still available the communication was distant wouldn’t recommend
