I called Belvoir this morning the moment they opened at 09:00 as an engineer needed access to a cupboard in the communal area that we did not have, Cynthia was on the doorstep with the master keys five minutes later and when it turned out what he needed wasn't behind that door, she returned to the office, called the Landlord and then relayed the information back to me to give us access to where it was. All resolved before my coffee got cold - I have never had such a good experience with a letting agent, professional with a personal touch that will ensure our repeat business in the future without hesitation.

We want to thank the team at Belvoir for making our move into our new rental property smooth and hassle free as we had a bad experience with our previous landlord and agent, so were worried about taking on a new rental. Renting through Belvoir was so different and from the first day we enquired about a property we were treated with respect and Karen took the time to show us several properties that she knew would be perfect for our family. When we decided which one was best for the needs of me, my husband and new baby, Karen and her team went through every aspect of the tenancy making sure we understood everything we needed to before we got our keys to our new home.
