We have been delighted with the service offered by Belvoir Swale concerning the renting of our two properties in Sheerness. Nothing has been too much trouble for Karen and her team and we have been kept informed and consulted on a regular basis with any issues and updates as they have arisen. During a recent 'problem' we had at one of the properties , Karen worked relentlessly on our behalf to secure the best possible outcome and her support and advice was priceless! Likewise, when we needed to make an insurance claim, Cynthia also attended the meeting at one of the properties and then provided all the relevant photos and information on our behalf.
