Terrible customer service. Rude and not customer oriented! Very unpleasant experience! Never respond to an email. Avoid !

They gave me a flat full of bed bugs and changed the bed weeks later. Meanwhile I had to stay in this flat. The communication was very bad. They said the flat was professionally cleaned but there were trash in the flat and the flat was full of dust and spider web. Even I had right to leave the flat they didn't let me. (I had my contract read by a professional.) They also try to deduct from my deposit because I didn't professionally cleaned the flat :) Of course I didn't after all this. Very unprofessional company. I don't even think the landlord aware of any of this conversations. Response to your response: Since I moved in to the flat 10 days after receiving the flat, I reported the bed bugs to you at that time. This is within your knowledge. If you had bothered to come the flat and check after I had informed you of my complaints, you would have seen that after 10 days I had no belongings at home (ie I had not moved in yet). Please check your emails, you sent the inventory check report to me when I complained about the flat, not when I moved in to flat. Please do not give false information. And there was a funny item that I couldn't forget in the inventory check that you sent days later and expected me to sign. “Mattresses are inspected where possible, therefore it is advisable that beds are not fully made at the time of the inspection, mattresses under fully made and dressed beds cannot be fully inspected. Mattresses which are of a large and heavy disposition will not be lifted in most occasions therefore both sides cannot be fully inspected. Bed frames and bed slats are not always accessible in the event of a large heavy mattress sitting on top and will therefore only be inspected where possible.” Also, after begging you on the phone, you paid the rent for 1 week of the flat I couldn't live in in 3 weeks. Such a joke.

Hello Elif, I'm quite surprised to see this review from you even though we did everything to make you feel comfortable in the flat. Your tenancy started on 6th September and you notified us about the bugs 10 days later i.e. 16th September. We haven't had any complaint about bed bugs from the previous tenant who lived in the flat for nearly 2 years. We informed the landlord immediately upon receipt of your complaint and the landlord, in order to make you feel comfortable, agreed to replace the mattress with a new one. The mattress was ordered through Amazon without any delay and unfortunately we experienced delay in the supply of mattress by Amazon which was out of our control. We kept you fully informed about such delay all throughout therefore feel quite surprised to hear about the communication being slow. As an additional compensation and a goodwill gesture, we even managed to get you a refund of one week's rent from the landlord i.e. £210. With regards to cleaning of the flat, the check-in inventory was carried out on the day of commencement of tenancy, subsequently the inventory report was sent to you and you responded back only on 20th Sep where there was no mention of trash and spider webs in the flat. The flat was given in the professionally cleaned manner and if you had reported to us such issues within 48 hours we would have sent the cleaning company again to look into these issues.

The worst agency ever. I don't recommend it to anyone even to the enemies. Please be careful with them. You want to deny the try but is not possible it wasn't the year's ago it was 12 months. And left me in an unheated house and ask for rent and your employees to so rude and disrespectful. I and another case was headed by the council from your agency. All I see in your review is the beat but I did not see that they are just the ones that you have been careful with. Just remember I suffer me and my kids for cold but maybe someone else will not suffer. I did take a lot of time to write this because is a God and he will punish you but I wante other to not pass true same situation like me.

As much as we love to help our tenants, we cannot neglect our responsibility towards our landlords. Since payment was due to the landlords on your behalf, a legal route had to be taken as no other alternative was reached. Therefore we can understand your views for us as agents. Isaac, I can understand your frustration but in the case of rent arrears we have to ensure the landlord receive their dues as well. Unfortunately we couldn't be of more help to you in regards to your personal issues, however, as an estate agent we have to stick to a professional approach which may not always be welcoming. It's a joke... They don't even call you back if u enquire abt properties online, I keep seeing their ads for over a month, called them 4x in 8days, they took my details AGAIN, confirming they will contact me YET NOTHING HAPPENED... find it unacceptable, what the point having advertised properties then if you are not capable organise viewing or at least come up with a different story please then. if you don't wish me to view it just say it's already let etc etc ... Childish business strategy really... 😂 🙈 NOW THEY REPLIED TO THIS STRAIGHT AWAY ....INTERESTING... I DON'T WISH TO CONTACT U 6TH TIMES OR GIVE MY DETAILS again!! KNOWING NOONE WAS BOTHERED CONTACTING ME UNTIL I WROTE THIS REVIEW. SHAMBLES... 😂

I had very negative

I had very negative experience with this agent. Made me keep changing my viewing dates for two potential properties. Ended up not seeing any because on the day we was going to see two of them (and we travelled over an hour) we got 5m away from where we were mean to meet running 10m late due to travel issues which we updated them on prior to journey as there was a broken down train. Despite having a call and confirming our slightly late attendance, we didnt get confirmation that the viewing was (yet again) cancelled till we were nearly at the viewing. So another hour or so travel back as we didnt even see the property Wasted time, journey, money..... All we got was a "ah well, we will arrange it another time.." Yeah sure.
