Have used Martin and Co as both a landlord and to sell a property and in both cases the service provided was excellent. The house sale involved selling my house in Erdington after I had moved to Scotland and therefore I was not around for viewings etc but Chloe and the team took care of organising everything and were always a phone call away to offer advice or answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Mathew the branch manager was all extremely helpful and in the absence of Chloe was prompt in taking over. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. Amazing group of people.
