At first, I was discouraged from viewing the property over the phone despite meeting all financial requirements. I was later invited, but when I arrived, the agent barely acknowledged me and made no effort to show me around. I was left to walk through the property alone. The treatment felt cold and dismissive. No one should be made to feel this way when simply looking for a place to call home.

Luckily I was landlord managed so only had a few dealings, but one included lying to me that my landlord has asked for a new tenancy when in actual fact he was fine for me to remain on a rolling contract! And then sending me a whole new agreement to sign, without my landlords knowledge! Wouldn’t recommend.

I called them for a house they show me on internet.. they give me time to see the same house. But when i ho there they show me different house. I told them this is not the same house you show me on internet.they just show me the wrong house which i did not like . They waste my time 2 hours… i take a leave from my work to see the house..but all is waste … i did not like it.. waste of time…

My property was ruined . It was heartbreaking.I wish I had managed it myself . It has cost me a huge amount to rectify the damage . No accountability from Sutton Coldfield branch .

The worst experience ever. I had a viewing for a property and I liked it and was willing to put an offer and called them. They said they received the email and will get back to me with an application form to fill. Two days passed by and I made numerous calls asking for the form and they said they still got viewings to be had and will get back to me. On the third day, when I called they said the property has been let. I mean, they didn't even get my complete details. Why arrange a viewing then? To waste my day? Just useless

Hello Mouhamad, thank you for your review. Several people viewed this property on the same morning and we recieved interest from three applicants, including yourself. No further viewings have taken place. As we recieved information from each applicant prior to the viewings, no application forms were used and selection based upon this prior information by the landlord. Selection was only made after all parties had viewed the property and experessed an interest. I am sorry that you were not successful on this occasion, you have been informed of this by email within 24 hours of your viewing. If another property becomes available that you are interested in, we would welcome you to view it and apply, should you like the property. If I can give no star I definitely will, Poor service, never responds to your phone calls and staffs are all about giving you misinformation. Stay well away from this company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Very poor service. During six years renting flat, they promised several times that they will repain kitchen after previous locators. I don't think they have done it even six months after my moving out. Many times they booked visit in the flat for annual "inspection" and never arrived with excuse "no one was home". When boiler broke down in the middle of winter 2019, we spent two weeks without heating and hot water.

Painting of a property is always at a landlords discretion and may not complete this even if recommended by ourselves. Should a 6-monthly management visit not take place, we will always try to rebook. They are not annual. If you boiler broke down, we would always provide you with temporary heating if a repair cannot be facilitated immediately.
