Have used Martin and Co as both a landlord and to sell a property and in both cases the service provided was excellent. The house sale involved selling my house in Erdington after I had moved to Scotland and therefore I was not around for viewings etc but Chloe and the team took care of organising everything and were always a phone call away to offer advice or answer any questions.
