Ever since I met Justin, he gave me the confidence and assurance that he could sell my rental property. Despite a difficult market, he was able to advise and market the property superbly well in order to generate offers and an eventually sale. The promotional video they created was top quality and highly professional. Justin was always in contact via WhatsApp and would answer any queries and concerns in a courteous and patient manner. He chased all parties and kept the sale moving along. I found him to be very supportive in what can be a stressful process. I’ve never had any issues with Belvior Sutton Coldfield Dealt mainly with Elizabeth and Justin I had a couple of issues with my boiler and Belvior were straight on the case I also got a lovely welcome pack from them when I picked up the keys to the flat I was renting which I found was a really nice touch I can’t fault them if I’m being honest.
