Belvoir sale in difficult market

I put one of our rental houses on the market at the beginning of January with a well known Sutton Coldfield agent. After 3 months of practically no activity I approached Justin at Belvoir to relaunch the property. His knowledge of the local market is excellent and he created a really good video of the house. Within 3 months we had sold and completed in August with a good price in a very difficult market place
