Chestertons has been great, but this is a shoutout specifically for Jean! My husband and I were moving out of our currently flat and left looking for a place to rent…a little (okay, actually…a “lottle”) last minute. I had inquired about a place, but then got super busy and missed several calls from Jean who was really on the ball and was trying desperately to help set up a viewing (sorry Jean!!!). When I finally got back to him, he was so lovely and patient, even though I really didn’t deserve such good grace. He booked me a viewing the same day, and when I absolutely loved the place, he got my husband and I in for a second viewing the same day in the evening. Ultimately, we have ended up with our dream apartment, and it really is truly thanks to Jean for making everything happen so quickly and for being so helpful and accommodating. We had the fastest turnaround in the history of the Earth for renting a flat, and we are moving in tomorrow…no more than a week after our first viewing! I truly have never worked with a property company like Chestertons, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. And again, huge shoutout to Jean! You deserve a raise. Thank you so much :)
