We have been so impressed with the excellent service we have received from Natalie Ewans at Madley in Surrey Quays. We have just purchased a house through them, and Natalie has been brilliant throughout. Very helpful, very communicative and always easy to contact. She's worked really hard to get our purchase completed, and has gone above and beyond to deal with a few issues which arose with great good humour. She is completely unflappable and an absolutely lovely person.
