Great service and great staff

I recently purchased a property through Madley and dealt with Lloyd. It was a very long, difficult and stressful situation (due to solicitors), which at multiple stages could’ve fallen apart. However, Lloyd was the negotiator in the middle trying to ensure that both sides were happy, going the extra mile to ensure we could still proceed. Without him, there’s a good chance it would’ve fallen apart. I had been looking for a property for around a year and dealt with many agents. Lloyd is one of the few I’d happily work with again. He has everyone’s best interests at heart, is professional and just an all round nice guy.

Natalie was very helpful and excellent in communication and great service. Highly recommended.
