I gave him my criteria of needs for a property , after a few good viewings, he found me the perfect home in Ascot . He is professional and listens to the client , pro active and positive attitude too . A very smart young man , who understands the local property market. He negotiated the price with the sellers very quickly . Communication is easy and transparent with Bradley . He certainly is an asset to Duncan Yeardley . Karen , on the admin side has coordinated the pre sale nicely too. Its so refreshing to deal with an agent that treats you with first class customer service and not ‘just another source of commission!’ The choice of properties they have is excellent .
