All the staff there have been very helpful and accommodating whenever we've had questions or issues and we have never experienced anything other than a comfortable and respectful, professional relationship with this agent. Maintenance deficiencies are remedied in good time, and contractors with a suitable level of training, means and experience are found quickly when required. In particular I would like to thank Michelle who has been really helpful and quick to respond to any emails, queries or confusions, and always goes above and beyond in assisting with the resolution of issues we have come up against.
