Duncan Yeardley has been fantastic to me over the last few years as a tenant. Understanding and accommodating, quick to respond, and generally wonderful to rent through. After having previous landlords and letting agencies that were nightmares to communicate with, it has been a breath of fresh air for me to work with these folks (in particular Michelle who has gone to endless lengths in pursuit of good solutions for all involved).
