I recently used Duncan yeardley to let my flat Originally I contacted Mandy who was very personable and explained the current market and my options of selling and letting, I decided to let my property and was put in touch with Jessica who went above and beyond to find me the right tenant and we agreed on a realistic monthly rental which was achieved.
